The Role: Social Media Manager
As our new Social Media Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our online engagement strategy. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all platforms, providing insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and growth. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with our marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating these into your strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proficiency in Social Platforms: Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities that blend creativity with professionalism.
